Dr. Bert. M. Petersen, Jr. has 29 years' experience as a surgical oncologist specializing in breast cancer.  Dr. Petersen is recognized as a global leader in the development and management of health equity programs with emphasis on screening, diagnosis and treatment of cancer  primarily in people of African ancestry.   He co-founded the Charlotte Kimmelman Cancer Institute in St. Thomas,  US Virgin Islands which is the first regionally-based comprehensive cancer center in the Caribbean and currently serves as the Head of Breast Surgery at St. Barnabas Hospital in NYC.

Ericka Consin-Mosheshe has 31 years' operations and marketing experience in the healthcare, non-profit and business advocacy sectors in  London, New York & DMV metro area.  She served as Vice President of  Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in NYC and as Executive Director of the American Cancer Society in NYC.   She's a former 10-year member of New York Presbyterian Hospital's Herbert Irving Cancer Center's Research, Recruitment & Minority Outreach Advisory Board.
